Ingredients
25ml Boxer Gin
25ml Lillet Blanc
5 Slices of Cucumber
Soda Water
Cracked Black Pepper
Method
Pop the cucumber and pepper in the bottom of a shaker tin. Add gin and Lillet and top with ice. Shake briskly and double strain into a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with a couple of slices of cucumber sprinkled with salt and pepper.

Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well to mix. Strain ingredients into a ice filled glass.
British Spring Punch

10ml Lemon Juice
top up w/ Champagne
Method
Shake the raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, kamm and sons and boxer gin with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass, add ice and top with champagne.

30ml Americano Cocchi
25ml Bancha Green Tea
10ml Sugar Syrup
Dash of Colonial Bitters
Method
First of all, prepare Bancha green tea and let it cool down. Measure all ingredients and pour them into syphon bottle. Close it and charge with CO2 cartridge. Pre chill traditional clay green tea cup or bowl. Add one chunck of ice and fill up the serving cup with prepared mixture. Garnish with lemon and honeycomb.

Reduce dandelion and burdock with sugar and blackberries. Shake ingredients and finely strain over ice and top up with tonic. Bassett liqourice allsorts to pair flavour.

Method
First of all, prepare English Breakfast tea and let it cool down. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and serve in a martini glass.

Mandolined Pear Slice
Method
The Pear and Boxer Shrub.
A triple measure of Boxer Gin served over ice and garnished with a thinly sliced pear slice.
Sweet, Creamy and full of flavour.
Boxer Martini
Ingredients
60ml Boxer Gin
5ml Noilly Pratt Dry Vermouth
Blood Orange Peel
Method
Fill a martini glass and a Boston shaker with ice. Pour the Gin into the shaker and shake vigourously for 30 seconds to chill and aerate the gin. Empty the martini glass and rinse with vermouth. Strain the shaken gin into the glass - and garnish with a twist of blood orange peel.
Boxer Negroni
Ingredients
30ml Campari
30ml Dolin Rouge
30ml Boxer Gin
Method
Add the ingredients to a tumbler and stir together with lots of ice.
Garnish with orange peel.
Violet & Earl Grey Summer Ice Tea

15 ml of Elder flower liqueur
15 ml of Violet Briottet
15 ml of sour mix (fresh lime & lemon juice)
15 ml of home made Earl Grey syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice, double strain into a chilled tea pot or glass jug and serve with ice on side. Garnish glasses with lemon, lime and violet petals or goose berries and mint
